HCT is the international trading arm of the HeidelbergCement Group, handling overseas dry-bulk products exports and imports. For our Singapore Office, we are looking for a highly talented individual as an Admin Assistant.
- Coordinating the preparation of regular management presentations
- Assisting the COO General Director of Asia and Pacific in the APAC and MEIO region with ad-hoc requests
- Supporting contract documentation
- Consolidating meeting minutes
- Performing admin duties from time to time or as assigned
- Other projects assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Administrative/legal studies or similar.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar function in a multinational company, and legal experience is a plus.
- Written and oral proficiency in English is essential. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
- Structured and target-oriented working style with a strong customer focus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (with high proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint).
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
