Admin Assistant

HCT is the international trading arm of the HeidelbergCement Group, handling overseas dry-bulk products exports and imports. For our Singapore Office, we are looking for a highly talented individual as an Admin Assistant. 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the preparation of regular management presentations
  • Assisting the COO General Director of Asia and Pacific in the APAC and MEIO region with ad-hoc requests
  • Supporting contract documentation 
  • Consolidating meeting minutes 
  • Performing admin duties from time to time or as assigned
  • Other projects assigned 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administrative/legal studies or similar.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar function in a multinational company, and legal experience is a plus.
  • Written and oral proficiency in English is essential. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
  • Structured and target-oriented working style with a strong customer focus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (with high proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
